Pathway package
This pathway package allows you to complete required units first, then continue on to complete your diploma, all in one seamless course. This is a smart way to work through and complete the entry requirement units, then seamlessly transition into your diploma qualification.
Partial pathway package available
If you have completed some, but not all, of the following units, you can enrol in and complete just the units you need.

- BSBHRM411 Administer performance development processes.
- BSBHRM415 Coordinate recruitment and onboarding.
- BSBHRM412 Support employee and industrial relations.
Likewise, if your current role (or previous roles) has given you some relevant work experience (but less than two years), you have the option of providing evidence for the experience you have and then enrolling in the prerequisite units you need. Study requirements
To be eligible to enrol in our online qualifications, our students are required to:- Be 18 years or older at the time of registration.
- Demonstrate the required level of competency in English language, literacy, and numeracy skills.
